Paint correction
What is Paint correction
Paint correction is the process of restoring and rejuvenating the paintwork on a vehicle by removing surface imperfections. These imperfections can include swirl marks, fine scratches, oxidation, water spots, and etching caused by bird droppings or road grime. Using specialized polishing machines, compounds, and techniques, paint correction carefully levels the clear coat to eliminate these flaws and bring back a deep, glossy finish.

Common defects that affect gelcoating

Swirls
Often most visible under direct sunlight or bright lighting. Swirl marks are circular scratches usually caused by improper washing or drying techniques—like using dirty sponges, rough towels, or automatic car washes with abrasive brushes.

Scratches
Scratches in clear coating are often causded by abrasive contact with rough or sharp surfaces such as rock's, dock's, tree's, debris and improper washing techniques

Oxidation
Oxidation on clear coating is caused by prolonged exposure to the sun's UV rays, oxygen & salt as well as enviromental contaminants overtime can damage the outter layer of clear coat leaving a dull and chalky finish
our Paint correction Packages

1 Step paint correction
Our 1-Step Polish is designed to noticeably improve the appearance of your vehicle’s paint in a single polishing stage. This process targets light swirl marks, minor surface scratches, and oxidation, restoring gloss, clarity, and depth without the need for a full correction. Using a fine polish and a polishing pad combination, we refine the paint while maintaining a focus on safe and efficient results.

This service removes:
-
Light swirl marks (caused by improper washing or towel drying)
-
Light oxidation (faded or dull paint from sun exposure)
-

Low-top sleeper trucks: $800
High-top sleeper trucks: $950

The first step (cutting stage) uses a more aggressive compound and cutting pad to remove deeper swirl marks, scratches, oxidation, and etching. The second step (polishing stage) refines the finish, enhancing gloss, clarity, and depth for a near showroom-quality result.

This service removes:
-
Moderate to heavy swirl marks
-
Deeper scratches (not through the clear coat)
